An easy afternoon hike in the spirit of nature, tranquillity and music<\/strong>
\n(Columbia Hike Society hiking series)<\/p>\n

Sometimes it\u2019s not the number of kilometres covered that matters, but taking a moment to pause, slow down and reconnect with ourselves and nature.<\/p>\n

On this special afternoon, we invite you to the shady forests of the Ap\u00e1tk\u00fati Valley in Visegr\u00e1d, where, on an easy walk suitable for everyone, we\u2019ll explore the tranquillity of the stream banks, forest paths and the tranquillity of one of the most beautiful valleys in the Danube Bend.<\/p>\n

Along the way, we won\u2019t just be listening to the sounds of nature. During the walk, the unique melodies of Emese Vir\u00e1g\u2019s angel harp will help us escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, tune into the world around us and live in the moment.<\/p>\n

The programme concludes with an intimate handpan concert, where the harmonious blend of nature and music rounds off the experience.<\/p>\n

This afternoon isn\u2019t about a high-performance hike. There\u2019s no need to rush, and no need to break any records. All you need is a pair of comfortable walking boots, an open mind, and the willingness to leave your everyday life behind for a few hours.<\/p>\n

We recommend this programme to anyone who would like to recharge their batteries, unwind, experience the healing power of nature, and be enriched by a truly special musical experience.<\/p>\n

Distance: 8 km, with an elevation gain of 290 m.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Level of difficulty:<\/strong> \u2b50\u2b50\u2b50 (An easy hike, with a few narrower sections where you\u2019ll need proper walking boots to ensure you can walk safely. We still recommend this hike for beginners!)<\/p>\n

This is a circular walk starting next to the Visegr\u00e1d Botanical Garden; we\u2019ll return here at the end of the walk, and the handpan concert will take place on the lawn.
