Borbíróság Visegrád is a bistro-style restaurant at the Thermal Hotel Visegrád, where our guests can sample traditional dishes from the Pilis region and its surroundings, prepared primarily using exciting ingredients sourced from local producers.
At the Wine Court in Visegrád, traditional dishes such as veal Viennese-style, the ‘little meat casserole’ and Visegrád trout are making a comeback in a reimagined form, whilst the menu also features specialities such as gnocchi with venison ragout or even a Black Angus ribeye.
As well as the exciting dishes, excellent wines, craft beers and trendy cocktails round off the menu.
The Borbíróság in Visegrád can be visited without booking accommodation and can also be hired for events.
