In the palace we will visit one of the most important monuments of the Hungarian Renaissance: the Hercules Fountain in the courtyard. We visit the dining room, study and bedroom of the princely suite. You'll see medieval tiled stove reconstructions, interior decorations, the birthplace of the Visegrad Cooperation (V4) and the beautiful garden. In the castle, in addition to the double castle system and the beautiful view, you will see the Holy Crown exhibition, the panopticon of the 1335 royal meeting, the hunting exhibition and the weapons exhibition.

During the walk, you will discover the modern monuments of Visegrád, its German-Swabian roots and traditions. The walk will also give you an insight into contemporary life in the town. You can find out whether Arthur Görgei met Emperor Franz Joseph, learn about the story of József Viktorin, the Slovak parish priest who encouraged the local Swabians to learn Hungarian, and visit one of the local buildings of Imre Makovecz, one of the greatest figures of Hungarian organic architecture.
