Every year, on the second weekend of July, the Visegrád International Palace Games commemorate the 1335 Visegrád meeting of kings, one of the most significant events in medieval Europe. Over the course of three days, spectacular jousting tournaments, a magnificent royal procession, evening torchlight processions, a fair and concerts await visitors, evoking that inimitable medieval atmosphere, of which Visegrád is one of the most authentic settings.
