Villa Pilis guest house is situated in Pilismarót – one of the picturesque villages in the Danube Bend – and offers two self-contained apartments designed to meet every need.
The whole house can comfortably accommodate 8 people. Should further accommodation be required, two large, comfortable pull-out sofas in the living room can accommodate a further 4 people. The two apartments feature 4 bedrooms, 2 large living rooms open-plan with American-style kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 4 toilets for guests’ use. The apartments are air-conditioned and fitted with underfloor heating.
A in a comfortable flat (100 m²): 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed; a small sofa in the living room; and a built-in safe. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle and a bath, as well as a washing machine and a hairdryer. The rooms are equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, towels and bed linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, a dishwasher and a microwave. All the necessary utensils for cooking and dining are provided.
A in a premium flat (100 m²): 1 bedroom with a double bed, and two large sofas in the living room. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and bath, as well as a hairdryer. The rooms are equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, towels and bed linen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, a Nespresso coffee machine and a dishwasher. All the necessary utensils for cooking and dining are provided. The living room is also heated by a cosy retro brick-built stove.
The flat opens directly onto the covered barbecue terrace (60 m²). Facilities: a large rattan dining set, a Genesis-style barbecue, a comfortable rattan corner sofa set, a hammock, a professional table tennis table and a gas heater for cooler weather.
Adjoining the Grill Terrace is the Wellness Terrace (70 m²) with a heated 6×3 m swimming pool – which is open from 15 April to 1 October – complete with sun loungers and colourful beanbags. Here you’ll find a 6-person Finnish sauna overlooking the garden, with a splash pool next to it and a standing shower.
The terraces are surrounded by a vast flower garden, featuring walking paths, Roman ruins and a viewing point at the top of the hill offering panoramic views of the Danube Bend.
The children’s playground features a sandpit, a swing and a paddling pool.
The area is popular in both winter and summer, offering a wide and varied range of activities.
At the junction of the Pilis and Visegrád mountain ranges, there is a string of popular hiking spots: Prédikálószék, Vadálló-kövek, Rám Gorge, Visegrád Castle, Solomon’s Tower, the Apátkút Valley with its springs and streams, and a bathing spot on the banks of the Danube with a terrace restaurant. Six adult and one children’s bicycle are available for exploring the area.
The area also offers some lovely experiences for anglers. Nearby are the large bay of the Danube and several fishing lakes: Dédai Fishing Lake, Kerek Lake, Forrás Lake and the Visegrád trout lake, where both adults and children are sure to catch something.

Villa Pilis offers a relaxing stay in luxurious surroundings, with a rural atmosphere far from the noise of the city. As the guest house is situated within the village, it is not suitable for very noisy parties and cannot be booked for just one night.
