Class trip to Visegrád!
We invite you to join us on a school trip to Visegrád. Now in our second decade, we offer a rich and varied cultural programme during the spring months marking the end of the school year to all those who visit the picturesque Danube Bend.
Scheduled dates in 2026:
7, 8, 14, 15, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28 and 29 May.
2, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 18 June.
We offer a colourful, enriching programme, packed with new elements, designed to fill your whole day in a meaningful way. Experience – entertainment – learning! We look forward to welcoming you, your colleagues and your school groups!

We invite you and your pupils to join us on a school trip to Visegrád. For the past 24 years, we have been offering a rich and varied programme to all those who visit the picturesque Danube Bend. The full-day programme includes the following elements, most of which can be enjoyed simultaneously and throughout the day:
Price of the full programme: 5,600 Ft per person
Free for accompanying teachers!
We also recommend the following as optional activities:
- A 45–50-minute boat trip on the Danube with MAHART: 1,300 Ft per person
The boat departs from the MAHART harbour in Visegrád and, after turning back just past Dömös, returns to the same harbour – offering the most beautiful panoramic views of the Danube Bend. - Royal Palace: 1,100 Ft per person (guided tour +300 Ft per person). We will arrange the time of the guided tour upon arrival.
- Solomon’s Tower: 550 Ft per person, included in the admission ticket! (guided tour: +300 Ft per person)

Venue of the programme, reception of groups: Visegrád, Town Park
Recommended arrival time: Between 9 and 10 o’clock, by 11.30 at the latest!
Each group will receive a personalised itinerary on site, following consultation! The programmes are one-day events, running from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm! Tickets for all listed programmes, including optional programmes if required, will be provided by Kispalotajátékok!
If the entire school enrols (minimum 200 pupils), we will organise the Kispalota Games programme during the May–June and September–October periods, on days not otherwise advertised – including at weekends!

- Lance-breaking – a spectacular jousting tournament
- Demonstrations of traditional crafts (stone carving, blacksmithing, pottery, candle-making, felt-making, weaving, leatherwork) and hands-on activities involving the children
- Renaissance dance performance, dance lessons
- Archery, throwing a throwing star
- Medieval children’s games
- A tasting of dishes prepared according to period recipes in the „Historical Kitchen”
- The Solymász Show, revamped in both form and content
- A military drill display in collaboration with the Order of St George
- Solomon's Tower
