Paris, 1835. The French capital’s biggest star is the renowned composer Frédéric Chopin. He is the talk of the town, the king of parties and nightlife, who draws everyone’s attention. He composes, gives concerts, teaches and basks in his success – but he already knows that his days are numbered, for his lungs are beginning to bleed. Composing becomes his sole purpose in life, and his dwindling time urges him to revolutionise music.
