In the Apátkút Valley, a short walk uphill from Telgárthy Meadow, an activity long thought to have disappeared from the area is enjoying a renaissance: trout farming. Visitors can gain an insight into the intricacies of this unique activity, learn about it, go fishing and feed the fish.

The Visegrád Trout Lakes offer a pleasant way to spend time and a rewarding leisure experience for nature lovers, families looking to relax and fishing enthusiasts.

A day ticket costs 750 Ft; we can also provide a fishing rod on request, which is included in the price of the day ticket. Fish caught cannot be released back into the water, but our guests can have them fried at the Ördögmalom Forest Restaurant, located a few hundred metres away.

Our programmes are designed to offer relaxation and peaceful recreation in a tranquil woodland setting.
