The world’s first canopy walkway has opened in Monteverde Cloud Forest National Park, Costa Rica.
The original purpose of the Central American canopy walkway was to facilitate research into the rainforest. Here in Hungary, our own trail in Visegrád is the first Canopy trail, offering a magnificent panoramic view of the ruins of the Citadel, the beautiful hills of the Danube Bend and the meandering Danube.
Guests undertake the one-hour tour in groups of 4–10 people, led by a guide.
The tour is an incredible adrenaline rush; there’s nothing quite like the sheer exhilaration of hurtling along the cableway high above the treetops.
Just a few steps from the entrance to Canopy is our Adventure Park, where we welcome young and old alike to two levels featuring 40 play elements and activities designed to develop motor coordination and dexterity.
