The Visegrád Circular Cruise, one of Mahart PassNave’s most popular routes launched in recent years, traces its origins back to the launch of the Danube Bend Circular Cruise. But why has this cruise proved so popular with the public?

The answer can essentially be summarised very simply in two points: the circular service allows us to discover the most beautiful parts of the Danube’s Hungarian branches, whilst at the same time we can alight wherever we please and then simply continue our journey on one of the next services, all with a single ticket. This is the Danube Bend circular service. Within this option, we have a choice of four routes: the Vác, Esztergom, Szentendre and Visegrád circular services.

Just reading about the route of the Visegrád circular tour conjures up a thousand images in our imagination: Visegrád–Nagymaros–Zebegény–Dömös–Nagymaros–Visegrád. With a day ticket, we can wander around these legendary towns and their surroundings to our heart’s content all day long.
