On 26 March 2023, coinciding with the start of summer time, the popular, extended No. 883 bus service – which runs all the way to Kis-Villám – resumed operations.

The legendary and much-loved scheduled bus service, which runs between Szentendre and Kis-Villám in Visegrád, calling at both the centre of Visegrád and the Fellegvár, was launched in 2014. The other service runs between Szentendre and Dömörkapu, so it is no surprise that this type of service quickly won the hearts of tourists. No need for a car, no further burden on the environment, no need to hunt for a parking space, no need to worry about where we left the car, and at the end of the trip, Dad can even enjoy a pint of delicious beer in peace…

Buying tickets is very straightforward, as all we need to do is purchase them in advance by 09:00 on the day of travel at the latest. This automatically ensures that the service will make the desired detour, so all you need to do is be at the correct stop at the departure time, and your Pilis adventure can begin.
